About Me

I’m a short, husky poet writing short, husky poems.

I’ve mostly written about gay sex, trans men’s bodies, and americana, but I've taken cracks at many media and topics since 2012.

I do what I do while living in a fixer-upper in Minnesota with my husband and our housemates’ eight cats, dog, and two bunnies.

Currently reading: The Columbia Anthology of Gay Literature (Columbia University Press)

Published Works

My body of work reflects, well, my interest in my body and the bodies of others. Most of my writing is on queer/trans/fat/masculine physicality specifically, although I also write about the importance of images in our society and how we humans see ourselves, as well.

I prefer collaborative projects to personal ones, and my publication history shows that clearly. Below, I've listed select pieces that have been published in anthologies, periodicals, and zines that represent my writing over the years.
